Kate DiCamillo is the author of the hilarious series of books starring Mercy Watson, including MERCY WATSON GOES FOR A RIDE where Mercy ends up driving a car. What To Do When You're Stuck on a Word
- Read around the word, read to the period, then go back.
- Ask yourself: "What would make sense?"
- Look at the pictures if there are any.
- Stretch out the word for the sounds. Do any parts of the word help you?
- Check the first sound in the word.

I would like to burn a theme at here. There is such a thing, called HYIP, or High Yield Investment Program. It reminds of financial piramyde, but in rare cases one may happen to meet a company that really pays up to 2% daily not on invested money, but from real profits.
